Livingston Place was thoughtfully designed with our seniors in mind. There are many areas to socialize, keep active, and relax. Residents will find our community vibrant, keeping them active with current interests and hobbies, and provide new ones! Our Life enrichment center offers daily classes, outings, and events. Outings are scheduled to continue to keep seniors engaged with the local community (as local and federal health departments permit). Residents at Livingston Place are also able to take advantage of on-site amenities that include our beautiful lobby with warm welcomes, a dining room for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, a beauty salon, a lounge area, and a life enrichment center. To make life easier, Livingston Place has visiting medical practitioners. Residents have the opportunity to keep their current physicians or see our on-site doctors in our therapy and exam rooms. Visiting practitioners may include, physicians, therapy, hospice, dentist, podiatrist, and more. Livingston Place is able to offer affordable monthly rental fees through the Federal Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) program. The tax credit requires financial eligibility to live at Livingston Place. For more information on the Federal Low-Income Housing Tax Credit program, visit here. For seniors who need financial help with the cost of care, the community is a provider of the Elderly and Persons with Disabilities (EPD) Waiver. Seniors must be on Medicaid and require assistance for at least 2-3 activities of daily living. The waiver is managed through the Department of Aging and Community Living.
