Ladera Care and Rehabilitation Center

Ladera Center is a care facility on Ouray Road in Albuquerque. Albuquerque is the largest city in New Mexico, with a history that dates to its origin as a colony. Those living at the facility enjoy great weather year-round because the winters don’t get too cold. There are museums to visit, beautiful mountain views and cultural festivals to anticipate.

Ladera Center provides specialized care services, including help with bathing, dressing, meal preparation and other daily routine activities. The nurses at the facility help residents with medication management in concert with external institutions where patients are getting treatment. Should individuals require hospital visits, the Center organizes them. Residents are under 24-hour supervision, and they can always request medical assistance. Ladera Center also has a mental wellness program for those recovering from psychological conditions
