Heritage Court Memory Care Community is an assisted living community that provides a warm and inviting environment to seniors who need extra attention to their memory needs. The community offers two 18-suite neighborhoods with home-like accommodations, which allows residents an uncomplicated design layout and the ability to live independently while being monitored closely by experienced professionals. Residents at Heritage Court can enjoy a high degree of freedom and independence while they are monitored closely by the Memory Care staff. The caregivers at Heritage Court make a difference in each resident’s life by nurturing the body and engaging the mind. They assist residents with medication monitoring, customized dining programs, wellness programs and personalized assessments prior to move-in. Nurses work directly with each resident’s physician group, so the community can exceed expectations for wellness. Therapy services are provided on-site, as well as quarterly health fairs and educational lectures for residents’ health care needs. Hospice services are available for end of life care when necessary.
