Southampton Estates

Opened in 1979, Southampton Estates in Pennsylvania is an active retirement community on a leafy, 75-acre campus in Bucks County. Our Southampton retirement community is a short distance from Philadelphia, as well as the area's quaint smaller communities like Hatboro, Warminster, Trevose, and others. Residents often take advantage of the short proximity to Philadelphia, enjoying regular trips to Center City to take in the shopping, restaurants and sights. Still, there's nothing like returning to the suburban beauty of Southampton Estates, as this campus feels removed from the hustle and bustle of big city life.
