The Heritage at Northern Hills

Welcome to The Heritage at Northern Hills, a distinctive Heritage Communities retirement community – located on the north side of Sioux City, Iowa, on Teton Trace, just off of I-75.

Our community offers a lot to keep you busy, engaged, entertained and happy. We have a movie theater, a game room, a salon/barbershop, a cafe for coffee and light treats, and a lovely, light-filled, restaurant-style dining room.  

Want to venture off campus and explore Sioux City? Shopping, restaurants, entertainment and medical providers are nearby, and we offer transportation to get there and plenty of recommendations if you’d like some new dining or entertainment suggestions.
