If you are looking for the best assisted living and memory care for your elderly loved one, then you should consider Applewood Our House Lakewood. Our Lakewood home offers many of the same quality services and amenities as our other four assisted living locations.

We provide specialized care for seniors with Alzheimer’s and dementia. We have some of the highest-rated assisted living and memory care homes in Colorado. Each Applewood Our House home is staffed with fully trained professionals who care for our residents with dementia and Alzheimer’s.

Applewood Our House Lakewood was completed in September of 2012. This location features rooms for 16 residents, with four private rooms and six companion rooms. Our double rooms are built with a closet between the two-bedroom spaces, which serves as a divider, creating privacy for each resident. Alternatively, it can be set up as a suite with a bedroom area and a sitting area. Each room also includes a private bathroom.

The interior of our home has an open floor plan with a great room for entertainment and relaxation. The kitchen is at the heart of the house and features natural cherry cabinets, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances. The home also offers a fabulous outdoor area with shade, a walking path, and raised garden beds to allow residents to grow their own fruits and vegetables.

With secure units, dietitian-created meals, frequent activities, and care services specific to each resident, we invite you to feel at home at Applewood Our House.
