Atria at Foster Square is a new senior housing facility in the heart of Foster City, just south of San Francisco. The community is in close proximity to Leo J. Ryan Memorial Park and the Peninsula Jewish Community Center with indoor and outdoor swimming pools, fitness classes, volunteer programs and more. Residents have their choice of two restaurants on site: tapas in 707 Lounge or fine dining with table service in Bayview Restaurant. Amenities are conveniently located on one floor, with a full-service salon and spa, fitness center, studio theater and library for residents’ enjoyment. Many apartments offer private balconies with waterfront views while striving for LEED certification for sustainable design, construction and operation.
