The community will seek LEED® certification for sustainable design, construction and operation. In addition to discreet assistance with daily tasks like bathing and getting dressed, Atria Park of San Mateo has a licensed nurse on-site 24/7 to provide care services such as diabetic management and mobility support. For families facing the challenges of dementia, Atria Park of San Mateo recently expanded and enhanced its memory care neighborhood, relocating it to a larger space within the community. Features include an open layout with combined dining, living and event space, a secure interior courtyard and new, thoughtfully designed apartments with modern features.
