The Auberge at Vintage Lake (formally known as Silverado Vintage Lake Memory Care) is a premier Assisted Living and Memory Care community in Houston that serves Montgomery and Harris counties, including the additional communities of Spring, Westfield, Klein, The Woodlands, Jersey Village, Cypress, Tomball, Magnolia, Pinehurst, and Conroe.

For residents and visitors to the Houston area, there is no shortage of things to do and places to see. Houston, Montgomery, and Harris counties offer world-class shopping, 5-star dining, and internationally recognized cultural attractions. Visit the 100 Acres Wood Reserve, Houston Botanic Garden, Downtown Aquarium, Houston Zoo, Fallen Warrior Memorial, NASA Space Center, Houston Grand Opera, and Chinatown, along with many other fun spots that families can enjoy. Whether your loved one requires some help with the activities of daily living (ADLs) or is living with the effects of dementia or Alzheimer’s disease, our dedicated staff takes great pride in delivering high-quality care that is compassionate, safe, and resident-centered. Our services are designed to meet our residents’ physical, emotional and spiritual needs 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Every resident goes through a customized assessment before moving into the community. Individual care plans are created, with 14-day, 30-day, and annual evaluations. On staff, we have our Medical Director and our skilled nursing staff with LVN and CNA designations. We manage and schedule all resident’s medications.
