Avalon’s multiple care levels enable us to personalize care plans to each individual’s unique needs. It is conveniently located in Hillsborough Township on Amwell Road, right off Route 206, and within close proximity to Somerville, Raritan, Bridgewater, Princeton, Millstone, Manville, and Montgomery.
