Azure Memory Care of Kenosha has a quiet park-like setting near Wisconsin Highway 31. It’s about 3 miles west of downtown Kenosha, WI, keeping seniors close to Froedtert South Kenosha Medical Center, lakefront parks and cultural attractions. The facility is also a few minutes from Aurora Pleasant Medical Center and Froedtert Pleasant Prairie Hospital. A purposely designed residential care facility, Azure Memory Care of Kenosha consists of Southport and Pierhead homes, accommodating up to 20 residents each. Its compassionate caregivers are specially trained in dementia care with effective behavioral management. Residents may also benefit from medication administration, diabetes care and mobility assistance. Available coordinated health care services include rehabilitative therapy, physician consultations, comprehensive psychological services and hospice care. Other specialized services such as DNA medication testing, podiatry, dentistry, audiology and optometry are also available. ….
