Balfour at Longmont’s architecture and interior design reflects the rich history of Longmont. Historical photographs, artwork, artifacts of high and low provenance have been procured for this community and have been thoughtfully displayed throughout the 98,000 square foot building.

The farms and homesteads of Boulder County serve as design inspiration. Open and centralized floor planning allow for ease of movement for residents. For many residents, the move into Balfour at Longmont is their first time in a senior living community.
