More About Bridges By Epoch At Trumbull

Trumbull, CT 06611

EPOCH Assisted Living’s acclaimed BRIDGES at Trumbull is a unique community designed around a specially developed program that combines the latest technologies in memory impairment research with a comfortable, homelike environment, redefining the way memory care assisted living is provided today. Our goal is to make a real difference in the lives of those touched by Alzheimer’s disease and other dementias. Families are also an important member of our community and always welcome to join us for activities or events. Memory impairment can alter a person’s vision, hearing, and sense of smell and touch. We have designed our community to encourage feelings of familiarity and security for all residents. Design features include color-coded objects, the use of non-glare flooring, special lighting and uniquely designed program spaces to help residents feel at home. The home-like atmosphere is further enhanced through specially selected color schemes to evoke comfort and pleasure. Outside courtyards are also designed to allow residents a safe means to enjoy outside activities
