Established in 1968, Brooke View is still owned and operated by the same family. Brooke View is a unique style of living.  Land lease provides many options and benefits for Independent Living. Brooke View Founder Diane Miller began a movement to champion quality of life for all seniors.

Three words: Location, Location, Location. Brooke View is nestled on twenty-one private acres in the heart of Boise, Idaho. The Boise Towne Square Mall, St. Al’s Hospital, The Boise Airport, Downtown Boise, Salons, Banks, and Grocery Shopping are all minutes away. We have it all…the conveniences of the city with a quiet feeling of nature. A peaceful brook borders a large portion of the property with several homesites still available on the water.
