Here at the center, "Getting older is not for sissies," is a favorite saying among our clients and it is our goal to make it just a little bit easier. We provide programs and activities for seniors who continue to be busy in their community as well as for those who are just struggling to remain independent in their own homes.
- Meals are served Monday through Friday, 11:30am-12:30pm. The senior price for these hardy, nutritious meals is a suggested contribution of $4.50. For non senior guests meals are $9.00.
- Crafting time is available in such arts as Painting, Ceramics, and Quilting with qualified instructors on hand to assist and teach new techniques.
- Health and wellness programs range from yoga classes to our Movement with Laughter exercise class. We also have an Xbox available for fun and easy indoor games such as virtual bowling.
- Informational and financial services, such as tax assistance and AARP driving classes are available periodically.
