The clean, tastefully decorated lobby is the first indication of a well-cared-for community that residents are proud to call HOME. Carlow Manor offers 40 affordable one-bedroom homes to low-income persons aged 62 and over. Rent is calculated at 30% of your total gross income and certain medical expenses can be used as a deduction.
