Opened in June of 2017, the mixed-use building features spacious units, a fully furnished community room, a fitness room, three upper-level resident lounges programmed as a resident library, a media center, and a yoga studio. The ground floor contains approximately 8,000 square feet of retail space plus a covered outdoor dining area for residential and retail residents to enjoy. Parking is provided in both underground and surface parking facilities. Units feature granite countertops, Energy Star appliances, and 9' ceilings with large windows, among other desirable amenities. Casa Salazar Senior Housing is the ideal place to call home. Casa Salazar is also a registered Platinum LEED for Homes project. LEED stands for Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design.
