We are located in northeastern oregon at the base of the blue mountains. We are nestled ten miles south of walla walla washington and thirty miles north of pendleton oregon. We have banks, a grocery store, parks and coffee shop close by. Our big open front porch faces the walla walla river with a walking trail and trees. We offer off-street parking with an easy drop-off and pick-up area. We have made it possible for residents to get a continuum of care on our campus. Cascade valley assisted living and memory care is attached to milton freewater health and rehab where skilled nursing care is available and physical rehabilitation. With this continuum of care, residents can get their rehab needs met and when they are ready to come back, they can do so without having to leave the place they know as home. Our memory care is the perfect size with twenty-two beds, residence doesn’t get overwhelmed with too many people but it’s big enough to be social and active. All rooms are private with a private bath, this can be very important to most people. We have programs in place in case your loved one needs to transition from our assisted living into our memory care. ….
