More About CATHOLIC CARE CENTER

Bel Aire, KS 67226

Catholic Care Center was the vision of the late Bishop Emeritus Eugene Gerber who said, “We cannot care for all the seniors of the world, but we can show the world how to care for all seniors.” Bishop Gerber was a visionary who knew that our community was on the threshold of a new day where generations of seniors and retired clergy would be in need of a place to call home in their later years. Not only did he envision a home for them, he saw a true community where they could learn, live, grow, celebrate their faith, and share their gifts and talents.

We owe the beautiful ministry of Catholic Care Center to his legacy and to the legacy of all the outstanding leaders who have worked tirelessly to carry out his vision. As we look toward our thirtieth anniversary, we remember those who helped create this community and we look confidently toward the future and today’s leaders who will continue to know, love, and serve all who join our campus family.
