Celebration Villa of Exeter is a single-story enhanced personal care community located in Reading, PA. At Celebration Villa, our focus is to support our residents’ independence and overall wellness. We treat all residents as respected members of our family. We understand the importance of our residents having a feeling of connection, community, comfort, and care.

Set in Exeter Township, the natural serenity of the Schuylkill River and Appalachian Trail, our senior living community offers a serene setting where residents can relax or explore our beautiful grounds. Residents will also enjoy our local town nearby for shopping, restaurants, and natural parks.

At Celebration Villa, we believe life should be celebrated at every stage. Our Life Enrichment programming offers many social events, activities, and local outings. We prioritize a mix of offerings that nurture our residents’ minds, bodies, & souls. Every opportunity is intentionally offered to our seniors to encourage and prioritize overall wellbeing. 

Having a purpose keeps our residents going at every age. We encourage our residents to enjoy activities that help them continue with their interests and hobbies. For example, each year residents help make ornaments and decorations for our community Christmas tree. In the past, they have also made homemade candles and bath salts for gifts. Many residents are active with the local church, with weekly services at our community and a monthly church luncheon.

Programming at Celebration Villa keeps residents vibrant and in touch with our surrounding community. We get out into the community daily through activities, events, shopping, and restaurant trips. You’ll find our spirited program inspires residents to lead fulfilling and active life.
