Located in an area with mountain views, these units have fully equipped kitchens, compact washer & dryers as well as large capacity laundry room provided.

Community room with full kitchen facilities, library and exercise area for resident use, elevators and basement storage for each unit.

Close to Shopping and Restaurants; half block from City Bus stop; US Postal Outlet and Banking. Meals-on-Wheels and CATC Services available. Utilities included.

18 2-bedroom apartments with single-stall detached garages and balconies. Convenient downtown location just across from the Nicolaysen Art Museum and main city bus line. These apartments offer the first LEED registered “Green” multi-family building in Wyoming.  Available to applicants who qualify at less than 50% area median income.
