Chesterbrook Residences opened its doors in October 2007. It is the first and only mixed income assisted living facility in Fairfax County. Chesterbrook has 97 apartments, with 55% offered to low income seniors at below market rates. Ongoing fundraising events assure that no resident needs to leave because of financial concerns.

Though today’s global pandemic has brought many changes, our commitment to providing the very best in senior care has never wavered.

Our assisted living options include:

  • Access to licensed nurses 24 hours a day, seven days a week
  • Visiting physicians
  • On-site rehabilitation (including physical, occupational, and speech therapies, should you ever need it)
  • Healthy and delicious chef-prepared meals
  • Daily life enrichment activities, outings, and live entertainment
  • Safe family visits
