Christian Village Apartments operates under the HUD Section 202 Program for low income and very low income elderly residents age 62 and over. Christian Village Apartments is sponsored by the Church of Christ and is a short distance from shopping, and restaurants. A number of churches provide transportation to their services. We have a centralized kitchen and serve dietician approved lunches Monday through Friday for those residents who wish to participate. All apartments include full kitchens and spacious bedrooms along with coin operated laundry facilities on each level. All of our residents utilities are paid for, except electric. We have a central courtyard area and a garden area for residents with controlled access.
