Country Club Living is an assisted living community in Wheatland. It’s within 10 minutes of Platte County Memorial Hospital and Banner Health Clinic, the region’s two primary health care facilities, and nearby, Interstate 25 greatly reduces journey times to elsewhere in the region. The community’s accessible location also means residents are only minutes away from the town’s retail shopping facilities, restaurants and churches. Country Club Living’s residents are seniors who require varying levels of non-medical support, including help getting in and out of bed and assistance with bathing, toileting and dressing. In addition to being on-site 24/7, staff also coordinate with health care professionals to support residents’ medical needs and arrange transportation for those with medical appointments. The facility also operates a mental wellness program and staff manage residents’ medications. ….
