Daniel Pointe, the luxurious Resort Lifestyle Community, has been developed exclusively for adults 55 and over and is now OPEN! We offer the comforts and conveniences of modern-day living that allow you to enjoy your retirement. Daniel Pointe's top-notch, all-inclusive services and amenities include EVERYTHING you need to live in comfort and luxury with one monthly rent payment and no buy-in or long-term lease. We offer a selection of floor plans designed with your comfort in mind. Whether you are looking for a studio or a three bedroom apartment, we can accommodate your needs. Your monthly rent includes: all meals and room service through our Freedom Dining Program, weekly housekeeping, valet services, all utilities including cable, internet and landline phone service and so much more. You will also be able to enjoy the conveniences of an on-site beauty salon, general store with medication delivery and a part-time bank. Want to have some fun? Daniel Pointe offers an arcade for the grandchildren (and yes, adults can play too!), a fitness center for your daily exercise, lounge where you can relax with friends during happy hour and a 150 seat theatre. In addition, there are always activities, card clubs, outings and much more for you to participate. One of our favorite features for residents of Daniel Pointe is the opportunity to visit the other Resort Lifestyle Communities through our Resident Travel Program. When you become a resident of Daniel Pointe you have the opportunity to travel the country and stay in the Guest Suite of any of our communities and enjoy the amenities and services as you would in your home at Daniel Pointe. The Resident Travel Program is complimentary for residents. So start planning your trip to Albuquerque, NM, Knoxville, TN, San Antonio, TX or one of our other wonderful locations!

If you prefer to stay on Daniel Island and have visitors join you, we have a beautiful Guest Suite available for family and friends. For a minimal fee your loved ones can enjoy the comforts of being close to you while having the privacy of their own space. The Resident Travel Program and Guest Suite are available by reservation only and we are happy to make the arrangements for you.
