Deaconess-Zane Center is located in the historic Old Brooklyn neighborhood of Cleveland, OH. Residents have access to a number of medical facilities, including MetroHealth Old Brooklyn Campus and Senior Health and Wellness Center. The local area also boasts a wide range of amenities, such as retail shops and restaurants, as well as easy public transportation into downtown Cleveland.  Deaconess Senior Housing is an independent living community for seniors over the age of 62. The six-story apartment building offers studio and one-bedroom apartments, some designed for seniors who are mobility impaired. The first floor of the building features a community room where residents can enjoy socializing with neighbors, playing games and watching TV. Residents also have access to a laundry room and a scenic courtyard with picnic tables and a fountain. Activities include bingo, crafts, line dancing and special trips. Residents can also take advantage of transportation to appointments.
