Our interdisciplinary team of caregivers is comprised of registered nurses including a certified wound nurse; certified nursing assistants; physical, occupational and speech therapists; registered dietitians; certified activity personnel; and licensed social workers, all of whom work hand in hand with our patients’ own primary care physicians.
