Situated a few blocks from Interstate 5 and the Hazel Dell Towne Center shopping mall, it features convenient access to public transportation and multiple medical facilities. There are several nearby churches and parks where seniors can practice their faith or enjoy outdoor excursions. This residential care home offers individualized assisted living, memory care and hospice care plans for seniors age 55 and over. The facility accepts up to six residents at a time, and the 24-hour awake staff is specially trained to help and support individuals with behavioral issues, such as anxiety and exit-seeking tendencies. Caregivers and on-site nurses can complete two-person assisted lifts and handle needs related to feeding tubes, catheters and insulin injections. ….
