It is easy to make friends and to be acclimated into an environment where they matter. We are a town within our 4 gates with courtesy responders who are awake 24 hours daily and walking the community every 2 hours. This community even has an onsite general store. Also, there are 2 forms of complimentary transportation: a shuttle that has prescheduled locations it goes to and a community car (w/ driver) that will take residents anywhere within a 15 miles radius round trip no charge (it’s like free uber). Our community is traditional. We are 30 seconds away from the nearest hospital and fire department/ems.
