Lakeland Health Care Center is located in the charming town of Elkhorn, Wisconsin, less than an hour from Milwaukee. The scenic area has many parks, lakes and walking trails. The center is easily accessible off U.S. Route 12. Aurora Lakeland Medical Center is just a half-mile from the community.  Lakeland Health Care Center offers skilled nursing and respite care. The care team is a combination of licensed practical nurses and certified nursing assistants. The community has on-site lab, X-ray and ultrasound services. Dentist, podiatrist and optometrist services can also be arranged so residents can receive the care they need from the comfort of the community. Meal services are run by the Dietary Department, which can arrange specific dietary meals when needed.  ….
