Evergreen offers residents Independent Living and Assisted Living lifestyles in a vibrant, welcoming Cincinnati community. We are proud to provide top-tier amenities and services at every level of care, complete with our beautiful surroundings of 63 acres of park-like grounds. Health and safety is our top priority for our fellow residents, staff, and loved ones. We have installed new technology in our HVAC system, helping us improve indoor air quality and control pathogens in the air, including COVID-19. Wellspring is the perfect community for those recovering from a surgery or illness or who need long term specialized care.
