Felician Village is on a 22-acre residential block in Manitowoc. Its five minutes away from downtown amenities, local attractions on Lake Michigan and large shopping centers. This continuing care retirement community is about a mile from Holy Family Memorial Medical Center. The faith-based life plan community of Felician Village offers a wide variety of senior living options. Independent living residences at The Gardens range from one- to three-bedroom apartments and duplex homes, while the apartments at The Court are for standard assisted living. The Villa, a specialized assisted living group home, contains the Villa Grove household for higher AL care and Villa Lakeside for early to mid-stage memory care. St. Marys Nursing Home has four households, including the Dementia Center of Excellence for late-stage memory care. Other programs offered include Next Step outpatient rehabilitation, Recovery Plus short-term rehab stays and Felician Village at Home memberships for nonresidents. ….
