Offering the best care available and staff who become like family, Fountaingrove Lodge’s care keeps you safe and comfortable in your own home. A variety of support services are provided on-site. We offer temporary home health care, follow-up care during recuperation from short-term illness or injury, full time care in the privacy of your own home, and even our Concierge Medical Program. Services are appropriately tailored to each resident’s needs and professional staff provides individualized assistance 24 hours a day. For added health and care we have even have introduced our Diabetic Wellness Program.
