Our Appleton location was the first assisted living apartment community in the state of Wisconsin. The campus now offers assisted living, skilled nursing, and independent living duplexes. Located in a rural neighborhood with easy access to shopping and public transportation. The Renaissance facility vehicle is available to provide transportation on designated days of the week free of charge. Our 74-unit assisted living community provides quality apartments in a secure, home-like setting. Individual service plans are developed for all residents, accommodating both needs and wishes.
