Oak Park Place Oak Creek provides both Assisted Living and Memory Care services at our location on Rawson Avenue, just off I-94. We focus on offering opportunities for residents to maintain their lifestyle and enjoy independence when they want it while assisting with daily living when needed – all in a home-like environment.
