Welcome to Gleed Orchard Manor! This facility is appropriate for longer-term stays for individuals who need considerable assistance with performing daily activities. Gleed Orchard Manor provides a safe environment for those who require a longer-term residence, yet need only moderate levels of support. The 30-bed facility offers residents a comfortable, home-like environment.

A program for transitioning from inpatient to the community. Located in Yakima, this 12- 12-resident home is staffed 24 hours a day to provide support, and case management and to teach skills for independent living. We maintain over 150 apartments, in many of our service areas where individuals can live with independence but still have access to appropriate support and assistance.

We provide a complete continuum of residential programs designed to support individuals with serious and persistent mental illnesses. These programs provide support and the proper amount of care to help residents live happy and successful lives. Residents can progress through the levels of residential care, as conditions dictate, always with a focus on the greatest independence possible.
