Founded in 2007, Glen Oaks Alzheimer’s Special Care Center has been providing the best quality Memory Care services to the residents of Waukee, Urbandale, West Des Moines, Clive, Windsor Heights and Ankeny. When the time comes to transition a loved one to a Memory Care community, we know how difficult the decision making process can be with regard to choosing the right one. The caring and compassionate team at Glen Oaks Alzheimer’s Special Care Center is here to support families every step of the way.
