Glenhaven is a nonprofit skilled nursing and rehabilitation community. The 24-hour care team includes nurses and certified nursing assistants who attend to residents’ health needs and provide personal care services. The rehabilitation team provides daily occupational, physical and speech therapy to help seniors live at their fullest potential.
