 Liberty Center is a skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility providing 24-hour care for guests in need of short-term and long-term assistance. The center’s nursing staff and medical director work with physicians to develop individualized treatment plans. In-house services include physical and occupational therapy, post-operative orthopedic care, stroke recovery, pain management and hospice care. Additionally, the facility’s psychiatrist and psychologist work together to care for residents suffering from Alzheimers disease or other forms of dementia.
