Graceview Courtyard offers affordable, 55 plus active living in the heart of Council Bluffs. With large windows full of beautiful views of the area's iconic rolling scenery, Graceview is an Immanuel classic courtyard community with 28 one-bedroom and 28 two-bedroom apartments in the Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) Program, available for older adults age 55 years and older who meet annual income requirements.
