Located in the heart of the Rocky Mountains in the small town of Granby Colorado. Grand Living offers living that is close to amenities with a small town living feel.  Majestic mountain views surround this property with fresh air and endless outdoor opportunities.    

Granby is the heart of something Grand! Centrally located in Grand County along the west side of the Continental Divide. Granby offers gold-medal fishing, hiking and biking trails, skiing, golfing, horseback riding, close proximity to Rocky Mountain National Park and many other recreational activities in its backyard.  Granby is the ideal place for outdoor enjoyment. 

Amenities include Middle Park Health, Senior Nutrition Lunch ins, Stores, Senior Transportation,  Arts and Creative Space, City Market, Thrift Store, Restaurants, an Active Chamber and School District.

You can fish or just go boating at Lake Granby or Grand Lake, or fish in the Colorado River.
