 Haven Care is a close-knit community, with room for just five residents. Friendly caretakers are available around the clock to help with mobility and personal care, including medication management, glucose monitoring and insulin injections. A visiting nurse provides monthly well-checks. Each resident has a personal care plan that can include services from visiting occupational and physical therapists.
