Heritage Creek is a luxury assisted living home in San Antonio, Texas. We opened our doors November 1, 2013 for the residents of San Antonio and surrounding areas. The facility is family-owned and operated with the goal to make everyone feel at home. We provide a beautiful, loving, safe, compassionate, healthy and comfortable stay for each resident while supporting families during the transition. From independence to assisted living, Heritage Creek fosters a lifelong relationship of love and trust. We have a 1 to 8 staff-to-resident ratio during the day with nurse access 24/7. We cater to each individual’s unique needs. The difference between us and other assisted living homes is the size. Our smaller, family-owned facility allows for a more intimate setting where you are living with friends. We host numerous events throughout the month including trips around town. We love visitors and welcome families to visit our members.
