Heritage of Elmwood is a skilled nursing community that operates as a nonprofit. The municipality owns it to serve Elmwood, WI, residents, although the community receives residents from surrounding areas such as Spring Valley, Eau Galle and Downsville. The facility is on a property with a lot of green space and allows community members to volunteer and participate in its activities. Heritage of Elmwood provides therapeutic and rehabilitative services for short- and long-term stay patients. There are full-time physical therapists, speech therapists and occupational therapists.
