Heritage Square Health Care Center sits on Greenfield’s southern edge, a city right outside Milwaukee, Wisconsin. The suburban town boasts a peaceful atmosphere with dense trees and green fields surrounding the center. Near the center is a large shopping mall, Scout Lake Park and many hospitals towards Milwaukee. Heritage Square Health Care Center is run by a team of 24-hour on-site registered nurses, certified nurse aides, infection prevention nurses, diabetic wound licensed nurses and on-call physicians, delivering short-term care options. The center provides short-term rehabilitation care that involves physical therapy, psychosocial therapy and speech therapy. Comfortable room and beds, prepared meals, housekeeping and social activities for psychological care keep residents happy. ….
