More About Hillview Terrace

Hillview Terrace is an RCAC (Residential Care Apartment Complex) that many will want to call home. We have 30 spacious apartments with beautiful bluff or ball field views! Our Assisted Living studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom apartments. Use of the common areas and additional amenities are included in the rental rate. Care is provided based on individual needs and is charged per service needed. The bright and modern concept has many areas for socialization inside and out! Outside, we have our wrap-around front porch facing the bluffs, our garden patio, and our sunset patio facing the West. Inside, we have our solarium that opens to the second floor. This area is all windows bringing in the sunlight and leading into the parlor with a double fireplace that gives you a feeling of immediate warmth.
