Founded right here in the south Denver area in 1972, Christian Living Communities is true to its mission of “enriching the quality and dignity of life for each individual.” Holly Creek is part of a family of Life Plan Communities (formerly known as continuing care retirement communities) including Clermont Park and Someren Glen, as well as our Adult Day, Home Care and Senior Rehabilitation Services, that touch the lives of nearly 1,000 older adults each day.
