Open since 1995, Hope Health & Rehab Center is a 42-room skilled nursing care home in the tranquil village of Lomira, Wisconsin. Travel to and from the historic village is made quick and easy by private air transportation in Fond du Lac, 10 miles away, or via Interstate 41 and State Highways 49, 67 and 175. As an assisted living community, Hope Health & Rehab Center has a care team ready to lend seniors a hand with dressing, eating, bathing and other daily needs.
