Kapolei, HI 96707

‘Ilima is the only senior living community of its kind, located within the 40-acre Leihano mixed-use community in the heart of the new “Second City” of Oahu. ‘Ilima at Leihano fosters independence and a feeling of ‘ohana that provides a sense of community and peace of mind.

SAFER AT 'ILIMA

'Ilima at Leihano has taken great care in establishing new protocols given the current COVID-19 environment and adjusted operations with the health and safety of our residents at the forefront of everything we do.

We continue to provide a high-quality lifestyle while our dedicated associates are ensuring that residents can participate in activities, wellness programs, and social events that adhere to safety protocols.

COMMUNITY FEATURES

‘Ilima offers Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care embracing both, indoor and outdoor living with an innovative approach to living well. Within and adjacent to Leihano, you will find shopping, medical services, the Kapolei public library, a regional transit hub, and the 60-acre Kapolei Regional Park. All of these amenities and services are connected by existing and planned pedestrian greenways with no hills to climb or major roads to cross. These are the benefits of living in the City of Kapolei — Hawaii’s first true pedestrian-oriented, master-planned community.

At ‘Ilima at Leihano, it’s about personal connection – whether it’s a connection between residents or between residents and associates. You are ‘ohana at ‘Ilima and treated with dignity, compassion, and respect. There is a genuine commitment by all to create a community that is gracious, warm, secure, and friendly. At Ilima at Leihano, we offer a variety of floor plans to suit your lifestyle, from a studio to one- or two-bedroom apartments.

WELLNESS

In this sunny Leeward climate, the large shaded lanai on the main level provides a wonderful venue for socializing, enjoying the warmth of friends and family, or just reading a good book. If you want to work up an appetite, take a power walk over to the adjacent Regional Park and participate in one of the many events held there each week. Enjoy our signature The Art of Living Well® programs and be as active and social as you like in this vibrant community within a community.

DINING

Our warm and inviting dining rooms offer open seating to accommodate individual guest preferences. Meals are graciously served table side by our customer service-focused associates. Our chefs are well-experienced, and they share our commitment to providing residents with a one-of-a-kind dining experience. Residents will have no shortage of cuisines to sample, allowing them to taste the flavors of different parts of the world without leaving our community.
