Pearlbea LaBier, MSW is a social worker with over 30 years of experience working with geriatric clients in the Washington D.C. area. She opened LaBier Assisted Living in 1997 as an alternative to larger corporate facilities. Her properties provide a personal and nurturing environment for those that desire to live with the amenities of home. Her dedicated staff of caregivers are specially trained to work with the memory impaired and frail elderly. Their approach is to provide this care on a one-to-one basis in a loving and supportive manner. The staff truly honors the dignity of residents and makes each and every individual feel important.
